Love the effect in the last frame! Good stuff.
The image of Boid perched on the Parrots shoulder is perfect. I want my parrot to have a parrot.

Panel 2 (upper left), looks like “Of Course! I’m ShiDs Parrot!…”
Anyway, I would give Polly a little more… disturbed Face Expression (at least a larger Iris, like he’s shocked).
This is getting better and better with each strip.
