59 - And that is…?
And it is…about time to ask you, The Reader (do you mind if we call you The?) anyway, The, would you have any interest in a printed version of BOIDs? We can do a print-on-demand comicbook-format for not a lot of money and have about 25-30 comics per book. We have talked to web-comic professionalists, and they tell us that book sales are the way to go if you (meaning us) want to make any money at this game, this game we call web comics. So. Opinions please, and thanks for reading.

Comics might not be bad, but Problems may arise for Import to foreign Countrys (especialy Europe), as it is charged more because of Customs and what not, not to speak if there is a Store to import it in the first Place (I am happy to have an Import Comicstore just a few Miles away).
Also, $ => € may cause Price inconsistencys, which influence Sales as well.

I think printed comic books are great! And if you do it on demand you dont risk loosing a bunch of money. I say go for it, as you said that is the way to go if you want to make a little cash… and who doesn´t?

amazon could solve that problem. The guy over at sinfest.net uses amazon to sell his comicbooks. The $ vs € rate is if anything not a negative thing for sales from the US to €urope

I also think that using amazon is the best way to get around with europe.
One thing that I hate about buying from the US ist the very high shipping rates. With the little help of amazon, you could get ’round this problem.

Yeh, same thing. I would love to buy the Boids as a book! But i live in the Uk, so the whole shipping it to me is a problem. I have no idea how amazon works, so i can’t help there ^^. Needless to say i would most likely buy one ^^.

Yes sir, go for it. The Boids in book form would be a must buy for Christmas every year… Amazon or Cafepress are the two online publishers I am familiar with…

Im one to jump on the screw the internernational visitor over bandwagon. Why pay 4 times the price to ship a comic from the US to Australia when its here for free. Admitadly, I must spend the time and energy accessing and reading the comic, thus it is not free.
