Man, did Lawrence kick some tail feathers with that sharp-shinned hawk or what? Looks like the boys are in trouble! I wonder what will happen!?! I wonder if I can remember what I wrote for comic #12???

Larry, that is some fantastic artwork! That hawk looks beautiful! The colour! The richness! The detail!! The sense of depth is lovely too - that first panel really has a 3-dimensional look to it.
Oh, and Steve’s scripts are pretty good too!
Has anyone else noticed that there’s a little smiley face on the page? At the moment it’s just below my ‘Submit Comment’ button…

Loving the strip so far! I’ve been reading for just over a week now but this is my first comment.
Birds are my favorite animals, in fact I’m going to vet school to specialize in birds.
Oh, and yes, when I looked for the smiley face on the page I did find, though it wasn’t beneath my ‘Submit Comment’ button its off to the right of link to the February 2007 archives.

The wee smiley face is is the wordpress stats tracker, you’ll see it on a lot of wordpress blogs (all wordpress.com blogs have it)

OK Larry, you *have* to get in an art show. That hawk is too good. I am serius. you could have your name in people’s houses with thousands of dollars in your pocket. If this is what you feed to us, then I would love to see more of your work. If you ever do get in an Art show, we would all love to hear about it (plus possibly make plans to go see it)

Thanks, Alex! I’ll work on getting into some shows eventually. Right now I am content to be drawing The Boids and a few side projects I’m playing with… If you want to see 386 pieces of traditional artwork that I did, check out the Dog Each Day link over in the LINKS menu.
